As a SWFL native, an Army veteran, and a contractor, Michael serves his clients with the respect, integrity, and patience they deserve. At the early age of sixteen, Michael began his career in construction and has been developing his skills for over two decades. These skills include nearly all facets of the construction industry as well as customer relations, interior design, and financial responsibility. The culmination of his 22-year education has resulted in hundreds of satisfied customers throughout his time in business. As an expert in his field, Michael has built a network of specialists to accommodate any and all projects.

Manny was born and raised in the mid-west with a strong blue collar work ethic that is reflected in his daily work product. He is multi-functional and produces high quality finished products. Manny has nine years experience in building custom homes, remodeling and commercial work in the mid-west before moving to the Sunshine State. He met his business partner Michael Costa through family and realized that they both shared the same views when it comes to building, designing and professionalism. This formula delivers quite the craftsmanship and quality custom work for their customers. Manny is proud to offer his creativity and high quality finished products for all your projects.

Early at the age of 16 I began my career working at a moulding finishing plant in Alabama. I started in the summer while off from school and continued to move up from unloading trucks to filling in other areas of the finishing operation. As I left school I stayed on and with in a couple of years I was promoted to supervisor then followed by assistant manager. In that role I was co-responsible for day to day operations, sales, purchasing and managing 30 plus employees with a 2.5 million monthly budget. After that I looked into a more construction based career I got an opportunity to start an apprenticeship in the power delivery field. After four years I acquired a journeyman lineman certificate and traveled the eastern US building transmission, substations and power lines for various power companies. In 2002 I moved to southwest florida and continued to educate and acquire certifications and other various license’s. Working with engineers and architects and designers I’ve been apart of numerous big developments since 2002. With this experience I moved into real estate investments and designs. I began to see the opportunity to expand my knowledge and move into the building construction end of investing. After many years of experience I added certified builders license and home inspector license to my existing certifications. Having started in 1991 in the work force I have acquired experience in managing to hands on in various fields of building and construction that most is generally not acquired and because of this we can serve our customers with diversity.

Crystal joined our team in 2018 as our accountant. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She has over 17 years of experience in accounting and payroll services within many industries including, construction, resorts, automotive, and restaurants. She was born here in SWFL and lived in Colorado for 8 years of her childhood. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. They enjoy boating, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Her Honesty, integrity and professionalism make her an excellent fit on our team.

Anysia Weicht

Anysia Weicht, Director of Human Resources, is a professional with over eight years of human resource and management experience, the last six years have been in the public-school arena. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching. She has traveled all over Florida, in a multitude of settings, to become a master level trainer in cultural competency. Anysia continues to work with professionals who are in leadership roles in public education and are looking to understand the strategies they can employ to balance themselves between their personal life and their professional life so that they can be more effective in their leadership role.
